We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to join our team at our Tasman Road Depot in Hamilton. This is a key role at the heart of our Charter operations, where you’ll help ensure services run smoothly, safely, and on time every day.

You’ll take ownership of coordinating day-to-day charter operations, supporting drivers, and delivering a high standard of service to our customers. From rostering and fleet allocation to building strong client relationships, you’ll play a vital part in both operational performance and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the smooth and punctual delivery of all Charter services
  • Managing driver rosters, fleet allocation, and day-to-day operational requirements
  • Leading, supporting, and developing a team of drivers
  • Handling charter enquiries, quoting, and building relationships with customers
  • Investigating incidents, complaints, and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, responding to challenges as they arise, and stepping in where needed — including occasional driving duties. You’ll also participate in a rotational weekend and after-hours on-call roster to support drivers when required.

About you:

  • Proven experience in operations, transport, or a customer-focused environment
  • A practical, people-focused leadership style with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office
  • A Class 2 & 4 licence with a P Endorsement would be an advantage

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, lead from the front, and be part of a supportive and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
