Key Responsibilities:
As a Depot Administrator, your primary duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining documentation relating to the services and routes that we operate.
- Completing local or central reporting and system updates, providing information for manager review.
- Gathering data for KPI reporting and preparing it for manager review.
- Preparing and disseminating information to the depot team to ensure clear communication.
- Completing administrative tasks associated with staff onboarding and leavers, ensuring manager approval.
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems.
- Pulling together content and producing a local staff newsletter.
- Assisting with other tasks and projects that support the depot team as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Recent completion of full-time education, with a keen interest in starting a career in administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is enthusiastic about supporting the wider depot team.
