• Administrator/Driver - Hamilton - #3649

    We are in search of an administrative/van driver superstar!

    The role

    We are looking for an administrator/driver to provide support to our Hamilton schools depot at Tasman Road. This role includes supporting our supervisors, organising vehicle servicing, defects and COF’s and delivering vehicles to workshops.

    You will be required to drive a van daily transporting special needs students to and from school. The role is fulltime hours during school terms only, however, there may be opportunities to work some hours during the school holidays.

    Are you comfortable working under pressure and able to multitask?

    You will need to excel at prioritizing your work in order to meet deadlines and your communication skills will be of a high standard in order to liaise with our drivers and other stakeholders. This role offers variety, and we encourage people to develop and grow.

    To be successful you must have:

    • Clean full class 1 drivers’ licence for at least 2 years.
    • P Endorsement (assistance provided to attain this).


    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience in an administration role
    • Excellent customer service
    • Organisational and planning skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain key relationships in the business
    • A positive attitude and shows initiative
    • Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good understanding of systems and programs
    • Excellent written communication skills
