Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the punctual operation of urban, school, and SESTA bus services.
  • Lead a team of approximately 150 staff, ensuring they are fully trained and delivering quality, safe transport services.
• Oversee all administrative duties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Otago Regional Council, MOE, and other local entities.
• Drive business development opportunities, particularly in charter work services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, fostering a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a large passenger service industry or similar.
• Proven experience in team management and customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
• Class 2 & 4 licenses and P Endorsement preferred.
• Experience in managing relationships with schools, central, and local government departments is a plus.
