    The Role:

    As the Property/Facilities Manager at Go Bus, this will provide you with an opportunity to work across a diverse range of tenanted properties operated for use by the business across New Zealand.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of 65+ properties/facilities. 

    The focus will be on managing all aspects of the properties including maintenance, building compliance (BWOF) and supporting the local management on those properties to operate efficiently and effectively.   This will also involve working together with the compliance team to ensure all properties meet compliance requirements which includes meeting ISO, Fire Safety, Work Safe and other relevant regulations – carrying out regular inspections to ensure standards are maintained and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.    

    You will additionally be responsible for the management of all commercial relationships and leases including ensuring relevant resource conditions are met and providing oversight of any Capital Projects works.

    The Successful Candidate:

    You will have a tertiary qualification in the property field, at least 3 years’ experience in Property Management in a commercial environment with a strong Compliance Management focus together with expert knowledge of relevant property/building legislation.
