As the Charter Coordinator you will be responsible to provide charter and general administration support to the Business Support Manager. This includes the promotion and marketing of our charter business, working with new and existing clients and retention of existing clients.

- Health and Safety
- Corporate Contribution
This is a Fixed Term role for 6 months with the possibility of the role becoming a permanent role at the end of the 6 months. The successful candidate will have NCEA Level 3 or higher qualification, a Class 1 Driver’s Licence, at least 5 years’ experience in an administrative role, be computer literate and have advanced communications skills. Experience in a transport organisation is desirable.
