    Go Bus is New Zealand’s largest operator of passenger service vehicles, delivering high-quality school, charter and urban services throughout the country. In addition, our coach division, Johnston’s Coachlines, provides high-quality tour and charter services and enjoys a proud history as New Zealand’s pre-eminent coach operator. We operate 450+ dedicated urban service vehicles with a low average age - utilising primarily New Zealand built, Euro rated engines to maximise efficiency and minimise environmental impact. Go Bus provides contracted urban bus services to more regional authorities in the country than any other operator.

    The Real Time Operations Team Leader is a key role, based at our Auckland South depot, that will establish a new team as part of our operational strategy to centralise real time on road service monitoring.     As the Real Time Ops Team Leader you will be required to lead the Day of Operations team and be responsible for driving exceptional service delivery across urban bus services. This role also requires you to monitor and manage smooth and punctual day of operations in accordance to contracted service level requirements.

    To be successful you will need to demonstrate significant operations based real time monitoring and call centre management experience. You will be highly competent in use of software and communication systems required to manage a significant real-time environment. You will have experience in managing customer and stakeholder relationships within a significant organization and experience in managing a team.
