• Customer Service Administrator - #2216

    We are looking for an exceptional person for the following role in our Christchurch Depot.


    This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and admin support in Christchurch for the Urban, Schools and Charters teams.  You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so enthusiasm, communication and an ability to show initiative to get the job done is key. 


    Role and Responsibilities


    •     Provide excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders across Urban, Schools and Charters
    •      The first port of call for handling customer complaints and using our full procedure to close these off
    •      Investigating incidents from the general public
    •      Communication to customers through telephone, e-mail and official letters
    •      Limited reception duties each day at the depot (11am – 1pm)
    •      Understanding revenue management and reports to help the team
    •      Involved in the training and induction of new drivers – best practice for customer service

    •         Excellent IT skills, inrmediate knowledge in Excel

    •         Experience of health and safety compliance

    •         Excellent communication skills and a team player

    •         Positive attitude and shows initiative

    •         Attention to detail and effective time management

    •         Ability to meet strict deadline and prioritise


    Qualifications and Education Requirements


    • NCEA level 2 or higher
