The key focus for the role will be to provide excellent customer service to both external and internal stakeholders. Delivering exceptional outcomes and promoting business excellence will be paramount for the success of this role.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so enthusiasm, communication and an ability to show initiative to get the job done is key.
Key duties and attributes sought for the position are:
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- A strong focus on customer service and quality
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience (or willing to learn) health and safety compliance procedures
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Experience in public transport is an advantage but not essential
